The Heart of PheeNx, LLC

PheeNx began long before it had a name. It started in the quiet, persistent moments when I realized that the work I had been doing for more than twenty years — meaningful and impactful as it was — no longer held the full truth of who I was becoming. There was a deeper call rising in me, one I couldn’t yet articulate but could no longer ignore. Eventually, I knew I had to step away from the familiar. Not because I had a plan. Because I had a knowing.

Leaving that work was both a loss and a liberation. It was my own season of wilderness — a time of listening, unraveling, and remembering. That season became the soil where PheeNx took root.

In those early days, my work looked like traditional coaching. Leaders came seeking support with decisions, relationships, and the weight of responsibility. But as I listened, something deeper kept revealing itself. They weren’t just asking for strategies. They were asking for steadiness, clarity, and a way of leading that didn’t fracture their inner world.

At the same time, individuals arrived carrying stories of exhaustion, misalignment, and longing — not for quick fixes, but for healing. For a place to lay down what had been heavy for far too long. For a way to return to themselves.
Slowly, I began to see what had been true all along: leadership and healing are not separate journeys — they are two expressions of the same longing for wholeness.

That realization reshaped everything.
What began as coaching evolved into a trauma‑informed, faith‑rooted model that honors both the inner and outer dimensions of transformation. PheeNx grew into two interconnected pathways — Leadership Development & Organizational Consulting and Healing & Restoration — each distinct, yet woven together by the same thread of clarity, integrity, and renewal.

And woven through all of it is Heeding the Call — not just as a signature service, but as the story beneath the story. It reflects my own journey of stepping away from what no longer aligned, trusting the unknown, and following the quiet invitation toward a truer, more grounded way of being. It’s the same invitation I now hold for others: to listen deeply, to honor what is rising, and to move toward the life and leadership that is calling them forward.

Today, PheeNx stands as the embodiment of that original calling — a place where people can slow down, listen deeply, and rediscover the steadier way forward. A place where leaders learn to lead from the inside out, and individuals find the restoration their spirits have been quietly asking for.
