Ethical Framework & Consent

PheeNx, LLC provides personal and professional transformation coaching, leadership development, organizational consulting, and holistic support.

Services outside of psychotherapy do not constitute mental health treatment unless psychotherapy services are specifically requested and agreed upon in writing.

Psychotherapy services are available only to clients located in states where I am licensed. I am currently licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Tennessee and Wisconsin.

Transformation coaching and restoration services are:

Non-diagnostic and non-medical
Not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care
Voluntary, collaborative, and consent-based

The nature of services, applicable agreements, and informed consent will be reviewed prior to the start of our work together. Either the client or practitioner may pause or discontinue services at any time.
