The Heart of PheeNx
My Journey
A Calling That Changed Everything
PheeNx began long before it had a name. It began with the work of helping individuals, leaders, and organizations recognize patterns, navigate complexity, and create meaningful personal and professional transformation.
Over more than twenty years, I found deep purpose in this work, but eventually I realized it no longer held the full truth of who I was becoming. There was a deeper calling rising within me—one I couldn’t yet fully articulate but could no longer ignore. Eventually, I knew I had to step away from the familiar. Not because I had a plan. Because I had a knowing.
Leaving that work was both a loss and a liberation. It became my own season of listening, unraveling, and remembering. That season became the soil where PheeNx took root.
The deeper work itself wasn’t new. For years, I had been helping individuals, leaders, and organizations recognize patterns, navigate complexity, and uncover what was happening beneath the surface. I witnessed how lasting transformation begins with greater awareness and how personal growth strengthens leadership, relationships, teams, workplace cultures, and the systems we are part of.
What changed was the scope of the calling.
I realized I was being invited to create a space where I could bring every part of my experience together—clinical practice, executive leadership, systems thinking, leadership development, organizational consulting, faith, and transformational coaching. A place where I could partner with individuals, leaders, and organizations with greater flexibility, intention, and depth, creating space for the kind of meaningful transformation I had long believed was possible.
That calling became PheeNx and continues to shape it today.
As PheeNx evolved, so did the framework that now guides my work. Years of leadership, clinical experience, executive leadership, systems thinking, reflection, and practice gradually took shape as the DEPTH Framework™—a framework that guides every partnership, every conversation, and every transformation.
The DEPTH Framework™ is rooted in one of the beliefs that has guided my work from the beginning: transformation begins with the courage to see what has always been there. I don’t believe my role is to provide people with the answers. I believe the answers already exist within them. My role is to create the space, ask thoughtful questions, and help people recognize the patterns, strengths, and wisdom that have been present all along.
Drawing on more than two decades of clinical, leadership, and executive experience, I now have the privilege of partnering with individuals, leaders, and organizations as they create meaningful, lasting transformation.
If you’d like to learn more about the story behind the DEPTH Framework™ and the principles that shape my work, I invite you to explore the PheeNx Blog.
Today, PheeNx is the expression of that calling—a place where individuals, leaders, and organizations gain clarity, recognize the patterns shaping their lives, leadership, teams, and organizations, and move forward with greater purpose and intention.
Whether someone comes seeking personal transformation, leadership development, or organizational consulting, my hope is always the same: to create a space where people reconnect with who they are, discover what is possible, and move forward with courage, clarity, and purpose.
This is the story of PheeNx.
A rising.
A returning.
A remembering of what becomes possible when we heed the call.

Where Clinical Experience Meets Executive Leadership
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 20 years of experience providing personal & professional transformation coaching, leadership development, and organizational consulting while partnering with individuals, leaders, families, and organizations through seasons of growth and change.
My background spans clinical therapy, executive leadership, organizational consulting, leadership development, and personal and professional transformational coaching, allowing me to bridge personal growth with organizational change and create meaningful, lasting transformation.
For nearly two decades, I served within public human services, ultimately as Deputy Director of a large county human services organization. During that time, I had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives while also leading teams, developing leaders, navigating organizational complexity, strengthening workplace culture and making decisions that carried significant responsibility.
Serving in the same community where I lived reminded me every day that leadership is ultimately about people. Professional boundaries and ethical standards were always upheld, and the work never felt impersonal. Every decision carried the weight of knowing it would affect individuals, families, and a community I deeply cared about.
I experienced both the deeply personal side of human struggle and the immense responsibility of executive leadership. I learned that leadership isn’t simply about making decisions. It’s about remaining steady through uncertainty, holding compassion and accountability together, and leading with integrity when the stakes are high.
Throughout my career, people have often asked me, “How did you know that?” The answer is both experience and intuition.
Years of clinical practice, executive leadership, systems thinking, organizational consulting. and personal and professional transformation have taught me to recognize patterns, connect what may appear unrelated, and notice what often goes unspoken. At the same time, my faith has taught me to listen deeply—with humility, discernment, and openness to what is emerging. Together, they shape the way I see, the questions I ask, and the guidance I offer.
I don’t begin with an agenda or assume I know what someone needs. Every individual, leader, and organization brings a unique story. My role is to meet people where they are, listen with curiosity, and draw from the tools, experience, and wisdom that best serve the person in front of me. Sometimes that means offering practical leadership strategies. Sometimes it means helping someone recognize a pattern that has quietly shaped their life, leadership, or organization. Sometimes it simply means creating a space where they can hear themselves more clearly.
I don’t believe my role is to provide people with the answers. I believe they already carry more wisdom, strength, and possibility than they often realize. My role is to help them discover what has always been there. As clarity emerges, people begin to trust themselves more deeply, lead more authentically, strengthen their relationships, build healthier teams and create meaningful, lasting transformation.
Whether I’m partnering with an individual, a leadership team, or an organization, my hope is always the same: to help people gain clarity, recognize the patterns influencing their lives, leadership, teams, and organizations, and move forward with greater purpose, confidence, and intention.
